Tree, what is tree? How it grows? Does anybody pamper it? How is it so kind that it helps human by expecting nothing in return? Does anybody teach soft skills to it? No ,No, No, It is a Tree, A Tree,
A little sapling sprouts on,
Greets the sky and the sun
Giggles by the tickled wind twirl,
Strengthens it on the root curl
Celebrates it’s first bloom,
And fruitfully fill the man’s tum.
How can a tree be defined? Just as a Living thing? If you have the answer ‘yes' Listen! Trees are defined as wisdom, esteemed, gracious, upholding, forbearance, generosity and unique. The best teacher stands still everyday in front of us providing us the life lessons. Let’s disguise as a tree for an hour to describe our life in brief, we shall stand near a tree to copy its act and don’t worry of getting caught remember we are disguised. Let’s begin with it’s respiratory process, it breathes! Shall we too? Yes, come on, breathe. It inhales the carbon dioxide and exhales the oxygen, keenly observe, it purposely intakes the carbon dioxide which collaborates with water to produce the energy and releases the oxygen that is not needed for it but benefits the human, so the first lesson we learn is intake the necessity and release needless things that benefits others. So, we shall intake the formula of success and release the mistakes of failure that others can work on it, so not to repeat. Then the process goes like, it distributes the carbon dioxide to every cells and convert it into food and conserve the energy, so the second step is working on the formula of success that is we have to convert the formula into equation. If there is a problem or a question of course there arises a doubt, here the doubt is either to work hard or work smart? You can work hard but if you don’t work smart you will work for the rest of your life, the combination of Hard work and smart work is an Efficient work. Have you observed, when it breathes it pause and works during the conversion process and relax to exhale. The respiratory process ends here and the lesson we have learnt is,
Breathe, to pause, to face the next moment,
Absorb what is useful, Discard what is useless,
And Add what is essential to your own self,
Convert the opportunity into your destination,
Relax to conserve energy until the next pause.
We shall observe again what a tree does, wait a minute! I have noted the formula used by the tree to work on, notes taking is very important; isn’t it?

TS + ID + ACT __SG____> SUC [ S U Can ]

ACT – Action
SG – strategy
SUC – success
Remember the equation and work on it to succeed. Let’s go for the next lesson, oh no! the tree looks dull, and sheds it’s leaves, suddenly why? Oh , I forgot that it is autumn! The trees Go green and fall yellow. Did you get it? Let me make you more clear ‘The trees are happy spring and hopeful autumn’ Now? The trees are full of green at spring with beautiful blossoms and shed their Leaves at autumn, they stand bare branched but never stands hopeless. Leaves fall off from trees so that they can survive the winter. In spring, leaves Convert sunlight into energy in a process called photosynthesis, during this process, the trees lose a lot of water – so much water that when winter arrives, the trees are no longer able to get enough water to replace it so, the fall is necessary for the tree. There is a reason behind every fall and every fall has it’s rise, believe in your fall, it will pave a new way for your climb. So, the lesson learnt from the autumn fall is,
In the bad times; choose to get stronger,
In the good times; choose to celebrate,
In all times; choose to be grateful.
Appreciate where you are in your journey, even if it’s not where you wish to be. Every season serves it’s purpose, fall doesn’t mean you have lost everything, it’s just a part of success, all you have to do is trust the process.
