Cycle of thoughts
Thoughts! What are thoughts ? It’s a plan or opinion produced by thinking or occurring suddenly within the mind. All day we expect about something , about our past, present and future. OK! Human always give some thoughts to something every minute and it’s a programmed nature but how did our thoughts become actions. What we predict affects how we feel and act. How we feel affects what we predict and do. What we do affects how we expect and feel. This can be called the thought cycle .
The Elements that revolves in the cycle of thoughts are thoughts , Emotions, Action and outcome. A situation triggers our thoughts, our thoughts create emotions to make a choice, Emotions makes you act , our actions is the outcome of our thoughts. Again we are concerned about our results and the cycle repeats.
· Thoughts - we think about what the situation is , how we should behave accordingly and the choice we should make and figure out the outcome. We may also visualize the process in our mind.
· Emotions - Emotions are the impact of our thoughts. Our feelings comes from our thoughts. We may had many choices in our thoughts and the emotions vary according to the choice.
Here is an example cycle
In this cycle, when your thoughts says it is a cat you feel relaxed. If it says it is a tiger ,will you be relaxed the same? No ! Right , these are the various emotions you show towards your thoughts.
· Behaviour – our actions are caused by the way we feel. When we are feeling confident, we are more likely to face any challenges we overcome. When we are feeling down, we hide away and be distressed. Behaviour is the impact of our emotions, so believe in yourself to overcome any situation .
· Outcome – based on the action we take, we get a certain outcome. The outcome always proves that our initial thought was correct. Our outcome is either appreciable or re attempted ones , whatever the result may be, don’t give up your hope on trying next. It completes the cycle.
This cycle denotes your life. Don’t let anyone have a seat on it , or else your cycle we not be on your control and you will become dependent. Live your life in the way you are.

Negative cycle
I will give you an example situation that determines the negative cycle . Imagine that your are going to attend your mid term exam and here your thoughts and actions be like,
*Thoughts - you think, Oh no ! Definitely I am going to fail in the exam
*Emotions - You feel sad , frustrated and stressed
*Behaviour - Being anxious about the exam you choose not to study and play instead.
*Outcome - your Outcome is that you fail in your exam
As I said before our initial thought will be our outcome. Let’s see a positive cycle.
Positive cycle
The same situation in a optimistic mindset
*Thoughts - You think, The exam will be easy and definitely I’ll pass.
*Emotions - You feel relaxed and confident .
*Behaviour - you prepare well for the exam.
*Outcome - you get pass in the exam and satisfied with your results.
Your thoughts become your life so stay positive, better days are on their way .Fill your cycle with positive thoughts to get positive outcome. Ride your cycle optimistically.
